Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we request the same in return. As per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their agents can submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against infringement claims.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and details to locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement asserting that the material use is unauthorized;
- A statement confirming the accuracy of the notification.
Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for misrepresentation in infringement claims. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for prompt action.
We may disclose copyright infringement claim details to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can provide a counter notification to have the material restored. This notification should be provided in writing to our DMCA Agent and include:
- Your signature.
- Details of the taken-down material and its original location.
- A statement asserting the removal was a mistake.
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Send your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We adhere strictly to the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy and terminate accounts of violators.
Modifications
We reserve the right to change this policy for handling DMCA claims at any time. Please check back periodically for updates.
